For many years Grace Church has supported Samaritan’s Purse through their Operation Christmas Child Shoebox program. These Shoeboxes are delivered to children in many parts of the world by Samaritan’s Purse. Your box may well be the first gift a child receives. Along with their gift the children are introduced to the all-encompassing love of Jesus.
Please pick up a shoebox after each of the services starting this Sunday, October 27. Each box will contain a label for gender and age group. You choose who you would like to shop for. There will be directions and a suggestion list in the Shoebox to give you some helpful ideas of what to pack. There will also be a list of those items that we are not to include.
Last year we packed 115 Shoeboxes! We hope to do even more this year. If you are not able to pack a box this year please consider making a monetary donation. Each shoebox costs $10 for processing, shipping, and other project expenses. Shoebox Collection will be November 3 - November 17, 2024. They will be blessed on Nov. 17th then sent on their way!
