What is your ‘go to’ bible verse to get you through the day? Why is it special to you?
A bible verse that assists me when needed each day would be Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through him who strengthens me." It says to me what I need...no matter what "It all works out"
Summer delivers long hot days, hurricane season and hopefully a vacation (or two)! Share with us what your summer plans are, from vacation to what’s on your summer reading list, home project or a hobby.
My summer will involve our continued move into our new home...adding items of familiarity, meeting our new neighbors, and taking trips on my Harley all throughout this beautiful horse country.
What is it that Grace Church has, (like a secret sauce) that engaged you, and keeps you engaged, week after week?
At Grace I look to find ways where I can fit in and to be of service to our members as well as our community. I have always worked with Meals on Wheels for the last 12 years and intend to do that here now. But I am confident I can do similar work here. I also keep returning as I get inspiration from Father Jonathan and Father Frans each week based on their unique interpretation of the bible.
Each of us have gifts and talents. Please share one or more of your gifts and or talents and how you could use them to help others at Grace and/or in our community.
As far as talent, my background is in sales and management, so I look to be part of any opportunity that allows me to direct a team and organize an event.
